Senior NodeJS Engineer
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior NodeJS Engineer to join our team and lead the development of payment gateway integrations, API services, and enterprise applications. You'll work on challenging projects involving high-transaction payment systems, real-time data processing, and scalable microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Node.js applications and RESTful APIs
- Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) with PCI DSS compliance
- Build microservices using Express.js, NestJS, and implement event-driven architecture
- Optimize application performance and implement caching strategies with Redis
- Collaborate with team on Apache OFBiz and Spring Framework integrations
- Implement security best practices and conduct code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong expertise in Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks
- Experience with payment gateway integration and PCI compliance
- Proficiency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and WebSocket
- Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP guidelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apache OFBiz or enterprise ERP systems
- Knowledge of Spring Framework and Java ecosystem
- AWS/Google Cloud certification

Technical Product Manager
About the Role
We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive our payment gateway and enterprise solution products. You'll work closely with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions including SOC compliance implementations and payment integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for payment gateway integrations and enterprise solutions
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering teams on Apache OFBiz, Node.js, and Spring Framework projects
- Gather requirements from clients and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead SOC1, SOC2, and PCI DSS compliance initiatives from a product perspective
- Coordinate with security teams on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment requirements
- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively
- Research market trends in payment technologies and enterprise software
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in technical/B2B software products
- Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) is highly preferred
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC1/2, PCI DSS) and security best practices
- Experience with API design and microservices architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
